Overview
Påmind is a subscription management platform aimed at helping users reduce their monthly expenses. The existing website lacked clarity and failed to address user concerns effectively. I led the redesign of the landing page, focusing on enhancing trust and simplifying the user journey. I was responsible for the design and development of the site in Webflow.
Approach
I initiated the project by analyzing user behavior through Google Analytics and Hotjar, complemented by user interviews. Key insights included: Users found the "How it works" section insufficiently informative. Concerns about hidden costs and data security were prevalent. The sign-up process was perceived as time-consuming. There was a general lack of trust, particularly regarding BankID login.
To address these issues, I proposed: Highlighting key assurances (e.g., no hidden costs) prominently in the hero section. Displaying partner logos and Trustpilot reviews to build credibility. Expanding the "How it works" section to provide comprehensive information.
Outcome
The redesigned landing page effectively addressed user concerns, leading to improved product clarity and engagement. The development in Webflow was completed within a month, resulting in a responsive and user-friendly site that better communicates Påmind's value proposition.
